No signs of letting up on this yet. Many thanks to the response to it so far, its awesome seeing it gaining ground these past few weeks and it has really got me back in the swing of things. The glass Beecham's Clock pieces have already been really well received (they will reappear again at some point throughout the year!). For the first offering, things have gone better than I expected.
Over the next few weeks, its a digital art print. 21x29.7cm canvas prints. Starship might have their city of rock and roll, but we've got a town with our glass and coal (see photos below). I'm giving away the first one via snail mail as the weather is still dire. Whereas glass can stand up to the elements, canvas can't so to avoid it getting soggy in the rain, the first one is a Twitter giveaway you can enter here. I'll be dropping a few over the next few weeks, but I will also be selling them on the site as of next week. As its a St Helens themed piece going up for sale, 50% of proceeds from these prints will go to a local charity. I'll announce which when they go up for sale. Many thanks to the finders so far, and those that have supported it through Twitter. There's still well over 40 weeks to go of this 150th year for Tellins, so that means well over 40 more Free Art drops. DW x
